Girl in the Pearl earring with telephone

This 'Girl in the Pearl Earring' card comes from Vic in the Netherlands.  He tells me this spoof of a painting by Dutch artist Vermeer is used to tell people when you change your telephone number.  Hence the phone in the picture.  It says at the bottom of the postcard in tiny writing, 'Mun Nieuwe Telefoonnummer' which means 'My new telephone number' Dutch.
